Hedda Gabler at The Old Vic

Having won the Olivier Award twice over, Sheridan Smith’s portrayal of Hedda Gabler at The Old Vic theatre in London, is not to be missed. Directed by Anna Mackmin, Brian Friel’s adaptation of Ibsen’s masterpiece tells the story of free-spirited Hedda, who,  battling against a cripplingly conventional life forces all those around her to spiral out of control.
