BFFs Stella McCartney and Gwyneth Paltrow have clearly been rather productive over their quinoa suppers and yoga sessions, because the designer and actress have together designed a capsule fashion collection, exclusively for Gwyn’s lifestyle blog, Goop.
“It makes perfect sense,” explains Paltrow, “we compliment each other. It was the right time. We’re very close friends. We were bringing two worlds together and it was important not to force them.”
Featuring classic tailored designs with wearable mix-and-match pieces, including the perfect black blazer and pair of black skinny jeans, as well as a take on McCartney’s signature boy-meets-girl aesthetic. Sleek silhouettes with a feminine and fashion-forward edge.
“This exclusive collection for Goop is really focused on timeless, effortless and accessible pieces, inspired by the women I’m surrounded by, including Gwyneth herself,” says McCartney.
