We decided it was time to inject a little bit of sunshine into our shake routine, seeing as the English weather seems so adamant to deprive us of it at the moment! So our Editor Krista got to work with her Tropical Jumble Shake, and boy is it a good’un! It’s energy boosting, it’s bursting with flavour and it’s so darned good for you! And here’s how to do it…
You’ll need…
Papaya
Pineapple
Banana (optional)
Coconut milk
Chia seeds
Bee pollen
Goji berries
Maca root powder
Seeds (we love pumpkin!)

Whizz all together in your favourite blender, give it a few good pulses, and you’re done! Imagine a virgin Pina Colada, minus all the nasties, and plus a serious superfood punch!
Top tip/ If you’re enjoying this in the evening (though we love it as a breakfast), swap out the maca root powder for lucuma powder, it won’t have your energy levels spiking before bed, and will soothe you into a stressless sleep.
