Last week we popped along to the launch of the brand new Shu Uemura x Karl Lagerfeld Shupette collection at Selfridges, and we were a little blown away. Karl Lagerfeld’s cat Choupette has a following all of her own, so it was only a matter of time before she got her own collaboration going in some way.
And now she has! And what better than a beauty line for the apple of Mr Lagerfeld’s eye?
Shu Uemura are well-known for their quirky choice of collaborations, and of course Karl Lagerfeld himself has already made waves with his own beauty collection with them, so we can only applaud them for their latest choice of muse.
The collection is comprised of paint-box-pretty-esque palettes, beautifully subtle cream blushers, the cleansing oil hero product, and more. And where would we be without a Choupette-tagged set of Shue Uemura eyelash curlers?!
The Choupette portrait is illustrated by Karl Lagerfeld himself, and brands each and every product in the range, as well as the bright pink gift boxes you can opt to house your purchases.
We personally can’t resist the eyeliners that have little silver Choupette paw prints running along them!
