His clients include some of fashion’s most prestigious brands, he has collaborated with the biggest designers including Alexander McQueen, he has pushed the boundaries of fashion film and photography, continuously challenging the conventional notions of beauty, and his body of work includes some of fashion’s most iconic images. Nick Knight is one of the most influential fashion photographers of our time.
And now, the visionary is receiving the Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator at the British Fashion Awards 2015 for his somewhat outstanding contribution to our global fashion industry.
Nick Knight’s soaring career began with the publication of his first book Skinheads in 1982, and since worked with a selection of the most esteemed names in the fashion industry and his hugely successful online fashion film platform SHOWstudio – Knight will be getting the credit he deserves at the ceremony taking place on Monday 23rd November at the London Coliseum.
Nick Knight will follow in the footsteps of previous winners of the award which include: Edward Enninful (2014), Lady Amanda Harlech (2013) and Professor Louise Wilson OBE (2012).
