The Revenant star opens up about his dedication to saving the world and the possibility of starting a family; in the new Rolling Stone Magazine cover story.

The full issue doesn’t come out till this Friday 15th January but Rolling Stones has revealed some highlights from the upcoming magazine issue – with a lengthy and intimate interview with Leonardo DiCaprio.
He reveals his obsession with saving the planet and his hurdles whilst filming The Revenant (and by hurdles we mean having a close call with a failed oxygen tank while filming), his in-progress documentary about climate change, his life growing up and whether there’s a possibility he wants to start a family of his own.

DiCaprio is a man willing to brave subzero temperatures and bear attacks for his films – he’s an activist and concerned environmentalist and clearly passionate about making the world a better place.
Producer and actor Fisher Stevens has decided to make a documentary with DiCaprio about the various ways our globe is suffering and interview scientists about what we can do to help. Leo’s idea for a title, however, wasn’t exactly an audience-friendly one. He wanted to call it “Are We F**ked?”…. Erm, it’s got a ring to it we guess?
When asked if he would like children of his own or had the time in his life for starting a family DiCaprio answers, “Do you mean do I want to bring children into a world like this? If it happens, it happens.”
Oh we can’t wait to read the full interview..
