SUNSET BOULEVARD

Glenn Close revives her Tony-award winning Broadway role 13 years later as fading screen actress Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard. Her first West End production, Close stars in a compelling tale of romance and obsession as she brings in struggling screenwriter Joe Gillis (played by Michael Xavier) into her extravagant world and they join together to create her ‘masterpiece’.

Based off the 1950 Billy Wilder film, Sunset Boulevard at English National Opera’s London Coliseum, with it’s well-loved score, prestigious cast, and critically acclaimed orchestra to carry it all, will be sure to entice crowds everywhere. Opening April 1 with performances until 7 May, make sure you catch this show before it’s over.
