This month sees the arrival of a very innovative must-have from Sleek MakeUP – their Cream Contour Kits.

They aren’t just the basic two-toned contour kits either, they have six shades for you to play with to bring out your features. Any makeup artists’ dream item for their kits. Now this doesn’t mean you have to use all of them at once, or that contouring needs to be complicated either – it means you have the choice. How about when you get a tan and you have to adjust your foundation and concealer shades? It can also be the ultimate mixing tool.
The colours are creamy but not too creamy, they feel quite velvety, which accommodates for skin types across the spectrum. The colours are what attracted me to them in the first place – you get your pick of pink and yellow undertones tones and the perfect contour shades for shadow-real colour. This way they’re not too reddish. Shading under your cheekbones looks like you have natural shadow falling under your now extremely chiseled face structure – and I love it.
How To

Each set is numbered one to six on the base to help you see how you could use each shade:
Here, I have used the lightest shade number one on three main areas: down my nose, on my lips (cupid’s bow and outer corners) and on the tops of my cheekbones/under brows.
I like to add a little light under my shading on my cheekbones to enhance them, and also on my chin a little, and shade two was perfect for that as it wasn’t too bright.
I am not big on nose contouring, but if you wanted to – naturally – shade three was a subtle shadowing to use for the sides of my nose here.
First, I used shade six to really sink in my cheekbones and then blended it out with a little shade four, bringing that onto my temples.
Finally, I like to use a little shading under my jawline to accentuate my face shape so I used a pop of shade five to finish.
