Shangri-La Hotel at the Shard

Looking for a more modern afternoon tea? Look no further than London’s tallest building, The Shard. Up at the 35th level of the building lies this amazing lounge called TING at the Shangri-La Hotel, where you can sit down and relax to an amazing view of London over a celebratory afternoon tea. Royal Afternoon Tea to commemorate the Queen’s 90th runs at £54, including everything you need for a proper English tea. Known for their lavish seating, and food to match, afternoon tea at The Dorchester Hotel will have you feeling like royalty. Start your tea with a lavish glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne (Brut or Rosé), then munch on a selection of hand-made finger sandwiches on artisan bread. As for sweet treats, a selection of themed french pastries, along with the classic scones paired with Cornish clotted cream and home-made strawberry jam will be provided.
