Last week saw stars hit the red carpet for the Inaugural Gala for The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, which was hosted by none other than Salvatore Ferragamo.
Amongst those in attendance was actress and model Camilla Belle who dazzled in a peach toned, tiered Salvatore Ferragamo gown, which she complemented with jewels from the renowned French jewellery house Van Cleef & Arpels.

The French Maison’s Butterfly Brocatelle d’Or earrings glittered sunset hues from her ears, and were set on show perfectly with the on trend slicked back wet hair look Camilla was boasting. The earrings are part of the Van Cleef & Arpels Bufferflies Collection, and feature yellow sapphires, mandarin garnets, pink spinels and diamonds set in 18k white gold. They gave Camilla Belle’s demure outfit a glittering pop of colour that complimented her warm colouring beautifully.
The sparkling Van Cleef & Arpels Snowflake bracelet picked out the lighter tones of her pearlescent dress to perfection and the signature Lotus Between the Finger Ring added a stand-out feature to the whole combination.
Created in 1906, Van Cleef & Arpels opened its first boutique shop in Paris’ Place Vendôme at 22 place Vendôme, across the street from the sumptuous Hôtel Ritz. The Place Vendôme attracted Russian and European aristocrats, all in search of that iconic Parisian luxury and fashion. Van Cleef & Arpels soon became a symbol of Parisian luxury and the benchmark for international elegance. With Camilla Belle the latest in a long line of young vivacious and beautiful starlets to wear the French Maison’s designs, it seems Van Cleef & Arpels’ legacy is set to continue.
