It’s sometimes hard to gather what some of the most dapper male celebs actually use, amidst all the ad campaigns and product promos, but we’ve got the low down on some of their favourite buys. If you’re in need of present inspiration for some of your favourite guys, this could be just what you need…
George Clooney
Green Irish Tweed by Creed (£190.00). It was was created for Cary Grant, and is reportedly also a favourite of Robert Redford, Richard Gere and some say, even Prince Charles.
Henry Holland
Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray (£21.50) and Wax. He told Timeout Magazine that ‘Without my quiff I am nothing’. We don’t think that’s quite true Henry, but these products certainly keep it in line.
David Gandy
Anything Kiehl’s. That’s enough of a recommendation for us! We love Facial Fuel Energizing Moisture Treatment (£21.00). It’s infused with caffeine too to give skin a real buzz.
Richard Madden
Oribe hair products to tame his mane. We loved his longer locks in Cinderella, but hair that good deserves the best, and according to him, that’s from the Oribe line. The Oribe Rough Luxury Soft Molding Wax (£33.00) is a favourite.
Marc Jacobs
Hair wise he’ll get started with Philip B products followed by Rene Furterer Cream. Body wise (we know Marc takes care of his as a priority!) it’s all about Joelle Ciocco Creme Riche for ultimate hydration. Make that a must-buy if you ever head to France!
Damian Lewis
Sportin Waves Hair Gel (£2.25), an oldie but a goody! We love that he keeps it simple.
Hugh Jackman
Grey Vetiver Cologne by Tom Ford (£62.00). Yep, we’d give him a sniff for that. I mean not that we wouldn’t if he wasn’t wearing it to be honest, but that scent would be a serious bonus!
Ed Macfarlane of Friendly Fires
Ren Skincare…mm we didn’t expect that either. That might be the most admirable selection we’ve come across, well done Ed, we suspect he’s a closet beauty connoisseur!
