Real-life husband and wife, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, star in this film as a couple raising their two children on an isolated farm where they work hard to be silent. They talk using sign language and walk barefoot on painted marks that tell them where the floors won’t creak. Why? They live in fear of a supernatural evil being that hunts noise.
The trailer leaves you unsure of what the evil is but you know that if it can’t hear you, it can’t hunt you. It left me on the edge of my seat waiting for the release to know how it all unfolds.
