In the latest edition of the Sunday Times Rich List, Adele has been named the UK’s richest musician under the age of 30.

The Brit singer has amassed a fortune of £30 million. Having won an Oscar for the James Bond theme tune, Skyfall, her album, 21, named the best-selling album in the world for the second year running in 2012 and rumours of a £10 million beauty-deal in the offing there’s no stopping the young musician who gave birth to her first child last year.
Also on the list of the UK’s young rich young musicians was ex-Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole with a £14 million fortune, followed by X Factor winner Leona Lewis and singer-songwriter Katie Melua who are both worth an approximately £12 million each. One Direction also appeared in the Rich List for the first time, with a combined fortune of £25 million (£5 million each).
