It has been formally announced that Alexander Wang will be the next designer to collaborate with high street brand H&M. He will follow in the fashion footsteps of designers and brands such as Isabel Marant, Marni and Karl Lagerfeld.
Whilst heading up his own line, Wang is also the creative director for Balenciaga.
Wang said of his new venture ‘I am honoured to be part of H&M’s designer collaborations. The work with their team is an exciting, fun process. They are very open to pushing boundaries and to set a platform for creativity. This will be a great way for a wider audience to experience elements of the Alexander Wang brand and lifestyle’.
