On a recent visit to Planet Organic they had a sample tasting for Atlantic Kitchen‘s soups that had recently hit the shelves in their stores; which included an array of delicious soups that all contained one ingredient in common… Sea Vegetables.
Atlantic Kitchen believe that ‘the best tastes in life are wild’, which they source right from the pure waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Seaweed is an ingredient I think many of us wouldn’t prepare ourselves; perhaps because we don’t now how, or where to buy it from. Atlantic Kitchen love this versatile superfood; because of it’s naturally nourishing properties. Seaweed is packed with vitamins and minerals and they believe that “there is a sea leaf out there to suit every taste and to fit every recipe.” …And here is where you can find it.
Just like land veggies there’s a load of different kinds of seaweed out there; all with different nutritional values too, and are on she shelves in health food stores over London including Planet Organic. You can buy this highly beneficial ingredient to prepare your very own seaweed dishes. Read some more about Atlantic Kitchen’s seaweed and how they source this amazing vegetable.

Dulse
Has a rich, smoky flavour with a firm texture. This one can also be eaten straight from the pack as a tasty snack or used to enhance recipes with its deep flavour.
