The BAFTA TV Awards is one of the biggest nights of the year to celebrate the best in British television, so it is guaranteed there’ll be some impressive looks on the red carpet. This year was no exception, and the stars dazzled as they posed in the sunshine at The Royal Festival Hall this weekend.
Here are some of the red carpet looks that completely caught our eyes:

Amanda Holden took top spot in our fashion stakes, who looked picture prefect in an ornate gown glistening with silver bead dealing which trailed along the floor as she walked… We love her loose-waved updo to complete her elegant look.

Alesha Dixon wore a skintight mustard fishtail dress with a cutout plunging neck and silver belt to show off her killer figure; while Fearne Cotton opted for yellow with a lacy frock with long sleeves, a bow collar with a loose messy braid.

We saw a couple of high-necked black jumpsuits on the red carpet but although Caroline Flack looked stunning and we all love those pins of hers; we thought the split legs probably caused a little more hassle than it was worth! Laura Whitmore went for a similar plunging neckline to show off a little cleavage.

Cute pairs on the carpet: Justin Timberlake poses with Trolls co-star Anna Kendrick who wore a plunging sequinned gown. Her locks were tied back into neat ponytail while she kept her make-up simple. Idris Elba set tongues wagging as he turned up with reported ‘ex’ Naiyana Garth, 4 months after they had split. Married couple Mark and Michelle Wright posed on the red carpet together. Michelle went for an embellished nude dress which trailed to the floor and had glowing bronzed makeup with a messy long braid.

Doctor Foster star Suranne Jones wore a black frock with embellished dealing on the neckline, and Katherine Jenkins stunned in a sexy midnight blue silky gown. Eleanor Tomlinson’s green gown perfectly complemented her red hair, with beautiful embroidered detailing and lace. Georgia May Foote went for a monochromatic strappy fishtail dress with intricate embellishments.
