
Curated by an iconic British photographer Martin Parr, Strange and Familiar considers how international photographers from the 1930’s onwards have captured and perceived our hometown; from the social, cultural and political identity of Britain.
The exhibition at the Barbican takes on documentary and portraiture to street and architectural photography, looking at the UK from behind the lens.
