Barbie is encouraging the positive message of self-care to young girls with its new Barbie Wellness collection. Alongside many other new dolls celebrating different cultures, genders and body types. The Barbie Fashionistas will have 176 dolls — both male and female — with nine different body types, 35 skin tones and 94 hairstyles. Barbies will now be available in curvy, petite and tall dolls.

Man buns for Ken, cornrows, no hair and rainbow hair options will all be available. The Barbie Fashionistas collection will also represent those with different disabilities, including dolls in wheelchairs and with prosthetic legs. Their will even be a doll with vitiligo, inspired by model Winnie Harlow.
Barbie Fashionista Breathe With Me Barbie – will be featured in another new project, the Barbie Wellness collection, and will guide you through five different meditations, Mattel partnered with meditation app Headspace to release the Wellness collection and introduce young girls to the world of self-care.

“The collection teaches girls daily routines that promote emotional well-being and includes three key themes: meditation, physical well-being, and self-care; because Barbie knows to be one’s best is to give yourself the best care,” Mattel wrote in a press release.
