Radley have this week introduced their first ever signature eau de parfum, aptly named Radley London. We had the pleasure of sampling this new scent way back before Christmas, and it’s a good’un!
Radley and Azzi Glasser have worked together with the Floris group to bring this scent to the Radley store shelves. Floris are the UK’s oldest independent perfumer, so it’s already steeped in British heritage.
Azzi says of the fragrance ‘I wanted the fragrance to personify Radley’s fresh, modern classic personality evoking its sophistication throughout the formulation. I added a magical touch to the formulation by placing a woody based molecule which helps to diffuse the fragrance throughout the day based on the temperature of the skin. So, in the `Radley Fragrance, there exists more than a combination of valuable materials, a true little miracle is there.’
Want those techy perfume deets? It’s got top notes of Freesia, Sicilian bergamot, prune compound and Pink Peony, Rose de Mai Absolute at it’s heart together with Tiare Flower and Tiger Lily, as well as warmth from Frankincense, Oud and Myrrh oils which rest on clean white musks and that same woody molecule compound that it makes it enduring and moreish.
It’s a fresh yet sophisticated fragrance that is set to attract ‘Oo what perfume are you wearing?’ and ‘Wow you smell good, what is it?’ type gushing compliments from the day you first start spritzing it.
The scent launches this March, with a body lotion, body wash and other additions set to join the range later this year.
