Not only can it help increase your ability to concentrate during times of mental fatigue or stress – but inhaling the aroma of peppermint oil can help alleviate jet-lag and boost your energy levels – a good scent for your morning shower to kick start the day and wake up! If you wish to have the most heavenly shower of your life I will firstly suggest that you opt for Lush’s Dirty Springwash Shower Gel. I love that this range is called Dirty – you couldn’t get a cleaner scent if you tried. It is fresh mint scent, which is sweet yet you instantly get an invigorating, crisp waterfall essence. It is hard to explain but you’ll know when you experience this one. Thyme adds a herby note – and you’ll be left feeling alert, awake and smelling so so clean. Lovely.
