Gossip Girl and fashion pack favourite, Blake Lively, married boyfriend of just over a year, actor Ryan Reynolds in a secret ceremony last night in South Carolina. It’s believed that the couple, who met on the set of the Green Lantern back in 2011 and have maintained a somewhat low-key relationship ever since, held their wedding reception and exchanged vows on the Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, enlisted friend and lead singer of band Florence and the Machine, Florence Welch to perform a handful of songs at the ceremony.
Whilst there are no pics of the wedding released thus far, as a firm favourite with the house of Chanel (she was the 2011 face of Mademoiselle handbags), it’s not surprising that Lively is rumoured to have been wearing a Chanel wedding dress.
