Kate Moss and Rita Ora.
Burberry enjoyed a spectacular night, scooping the award for Designer Brand of the Year, as well as Menswear Designer Brand of the Year. Edie Campbell won Model of the Year and sported a seriously androgynous look, which contrasted beautifully with the ethereal lilac Burberry Prorsum gown worn by Suki Waterhouse.
JW Anderson was awarded the New Establishment Designer award, whilst it was Christopher Kane that was awarded the coveted Womenswear Designer of the Year award.
One of the most popular guests of the night was the in-demand boy-of-the-moment Harry Styles, who was spotted constantly smudging away lipstick prints from his cheek, posing for photographs with eager journalists and famous faces, looking faintly bashful in front of the cameras and fooling around with the fashion elite likes of Jack Guinness. Rather unsurprisingly Harry won the British Style Award that was voted for by the public.
Whilst we’re fairly certain that Mr Styles would be a dead cert to win most things that are voted for by the public, so incredibly intent are his fan base, we are still able to appreciate his flair when it comes to style. And as rumours abound that Harry is enjoying something of a tete a tete with fashion aristocracy member Daisy Lowe, it seems his progress into the adored world of British style is set to continue.
The night went by in a glamorous blur, with Rita Ora huddling up to Kate Moss in front of the cameras, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley giggling alongside Nick Grimshaw and Suki Waterhouse and Hayley Atwell cutting a striking image as a pair as they indulged in a catch up. The ladies in particular hit the red carpet with a bang in a selection of elegant and inherently desirable creations. Take a look at our pick of the best below.
