Calling all cocktail and cupcake lovers!
This autumn, in the heart of Chelsea, Mychelle’s Baketique and The Hollywood Arms have come together to create a selection of master classes like no other. They bring you; Caketails. Combining the best of two extremely guilty pleasures, Caketails will be a brand new foodie experience – an evening filled of cupcake tasting and cocktail sampling in the stunning Hollywood Arms… Oh, sheer heaven.
As you arrive you will be pleasantly greeted with Strawberry Margarita Frosting Shots to kick things off. The extremely talented Michelle Husserl of Mychelle’s Baketique will be showing off her most impressive baking skills, and demonstrating methods and sharing her top tips; including how to make her very famous Pina Colada Buttercream. Mmmm. What’s more, you’ll get to devour cakes, AND brushing up your skills whilst learning how to make the perfect piping swirl and sugar paste roses.
As sampling is a key part of this class; you’ll need rehydrating. A skilled mixologist will be present to ensure the booze is flowing and showcasing the art of cocktail making, revealing how to master the essential classics.
If that isn’t enough to induce a cake coma, you’ll get to take home a goodie bag (with more cakes) in addition to a certification of completion of the class and a recipe sheet with everything you’ve learned on the day. Sign me up now!
