Model-of-the-moment Cara Delevingne is the latest high profile face to join Marc Jacobs’ campaign against skin cancer. The 20-year-old has stripped down, posing nude and au naturale for Jacobs’ “Skin Tees” to raise awareness and funds for skin cancer.
Marc Jacobs’ campaign for skin cancer has gained notoriety thanks to his famous and fashionable friends who have been happy to happy to bare all for the cause.
Past ‘Skin Tees’ faces – or should that be bodies – have included the likes of Kate Moss, Victoria Beckham, Naomi Campbell and Miranda Kerr. And now, Cara, whose strategically covered body appears on the front of the tee besides the slogan “Protect the skin you’re in”.
Marc Jacobs started the skin cancer campaign back in 2006 in order to raise money for the New York University’s Skin Cancer Institution after his business partner, Robert Duffy, was diagnosed with melanoma.
The tees are available for purchase online here, or at the Marc Jacobs Mount Street store in London.They cost £23 with all the proceeds go to the Skin Cancer Institute.
