The Obama’s celebrated their second term inauguration in seriously starry style as the celebrities turned out in full force to support the President and First Lady at both the swearing-in ceremony and last night’s celebrations in Washington D.C.
With the honour of singing the national anthem in front of the, thought to be, 800,000-strong crowd Beyoncé, accompanied by husband Jay-Z suavely dressed in Tom Ford, wowed in a form-fitting semi-sheer dress and full-length Christian Dior coat. But Beyoncé wasn’t the only performer to entertain the re-elected president, as Kelly Clarkson followed Barack’s inaugural address with a rendition of My Country ‘Tis of Thee.
Post-performance at the Kids’ Inaugural Concert, popstar Katy Perry was spotted in the audience with John Mayer.
Later in the day, Jamie Foxx, Alicia Keys and Jennifer Hudson, amongst others took to the stage whilst Michelle and Barack Obama danced the night away.
