People are already reeling from the Chanel AW14 Haute Couture show that just stormed the runway in the Grand Palais in Paris. As ever it was a mass of houndstooth, brocade and mussed up tweed texturing, boxy silhouettes and ruffles juxtaposed against sleek white and gold numbers, punked up hair and chain detailing.
Kendal Jenner is fast forming her high end fashion reputation, moving away from the reality TV reputations of her relatives, her arrival on the runway caused as many hushed gasps and whispers in the viewing audience as would any appearance of Cara Delevingne’s in recent years.
If this is a taste of AW14 luxe to come, we can’t wait to get window shopping.
