I recently tried the new Charles Worthington Colourplex shampoo for brunettes. Its toning blue formula helps neutralise orange and red undertones for brown hair.
The shampoo is bright blue and has been designed to keep hair colour stay for longer. As I massaged it onto my scalp, I liked that it didn’t have a strong chemical smell. This was something I had prepped myself for when I saw the colour but was pleasantly surprised.
As I rinsed my hair, the blue shampoo had turned the water around me luminous blue. It was quite a serene experience, though I did make sure I rinsed the whole shampoo out of my hair as I was afraid to get my clean white towels stained. I did also have to rinse the bath and tiles as I had got the blue colour everywhere.
I then dried and styled my hair as usual and noticed how shiny my it actually looked afterwards.
The shampoo also comes in ultraviolet, blonde and brunette.
