One of the best ways to get into the Christmas spirit is to visit one of the Country Living Christmas Fairs being held around the UK. You can still catch the London fair at the Business Design Centre, Islington until Sunday, with follow-on fairs in Glasgow and Harrogate. Each fair is filled to the rafters with Christmas inspiration – from gorgeous, traditional Christmas decorations, to independent designers and makers, for gifts that are just that bit more special. There is also an artisan-made food and drink section, luxurious hand-made body products, decorative antiques and hand-produced clothing and fabrics for the home. Visitors can also take part in a workshop or two which are being held throughout each fair. Crafting sessions include needle felting, gift wrapping and block printing or there are Christmas wreath making and drinking chocolate workshops! You can also meet the Country Living Editors who will be hosting sessions on their favourite buys this Christmas.
The Country Living Christmas Fair is at the Business Design Centre, Islington, London until Sunday, November 12th. It can then be found at the SEC Glasgow from November 23rd-26th and Harrogate HCC 30th November – 3rd December. Tickets are from £11.50 for an adult.
