This holiday season, London’s Corinthia Hotel will be offering a range of seasonally-flavoured fancies and traditional treats as part of its Christmas Afternon Fesitiv-Tea!

Ideal for a recharge mid-Christmas-shopping or as an escape from a frosty weekend, the Festivi-Tea menu is filled with a range of winter sweets, including indulgent chocolate and gingerbread yule logs filled with a warming spiced Jivara chocolate mousse, a moist cherry rum baba soaked in cherry syrup and topped with a shiny cherry glaze. Or for a modern take on classic Christmas flabours, there are cranberry macaroons filled with fresh red fruit creme and served with a chestnut mousse filled snow egg, vanilla marshmallows and desiccated coconut.

To accompany the seasonal sweet treats, are an array of teas, including bespoke blends created specifically for Corinthia’s Tea Palace menu. Or indulge in a chilled glass of Laurent-Perrier as the skies swirl with snowflakes and you warm yourself beside the open fires.
