Not that you needed any more encouragement to covet a pair of Prada shoes, but the designer brand are offering a beautifully bespoke service this week at their Sloane Street store in London. Eat your heart out Carrie Bradshaw.
On the 26th and 27th March, shoppers will be given the chance to create their very own pair of shoes based on the new Made To Order Décolleté collection. There are nine shoe variations within the range, from ballet pumps to pointed toe stilettos, as well as a rainbow of colours to select from. You can even choose a different colour for the soles.

Shoe materials to select from include leather (of differing thickness and textures), suede, patent and satin. To complete the customised look, you may also add your initials in metal below the Prada logo.
A mere month after your order is made, they will be with you. If you’re looking for the perfect disbelieving-smile-inducing gift, you couldn’t find a better one. Just make sure you get the sizing spot on. If you’re a bride to be, who could wish for a better way to get wedding shoes tailored to your every wish and dream? And if you are none of the above…there is no better excuse for a spontaneous spree. The service is only in town for a couple of days after all!
We just hope they take multiple orders…
