Cara Delevingne could sell us anything. Literally anything. Latex cat masks a la her LOVE magazine Shania Twain sing-song, all manner of weird and wonderful onesies (you only need peek at her Instagram feed to know what I mean) and now the Brit model is fronting the latest collaboration between New York fashion brands, DKNY and Opening Ceremony as they have us harking back to our stylish teenage selves.
By way of a limited capsule collection of some of DKNY’s iconic early 90s pieces, the original essence of the brand will re-emerge thanks to body conscious styles, boldly branded sportswear and unisex tees.
The collection will include fifteen re-issued styles from the DKNY design archives, reworked exclusively for Opening Ceremony. Carol Lim, Co-founder of Opening Ceremony says, “DKNY was a pioneer of streetwear fashion in the 90s. We have been longtime fans of the brand and were very excited to bring back select, quintessential styles that feel fresh even today.”
DKNY for Opening Ceremony will be available from February 1st, exclusive at Opening Ceremony stores in London, Los Angeles, New York and Tokyo.
