This summer, Udderbelly joined forces with Southbank Centre once again to launch their extravaganza of entertainment in the capital’s city for non-stop laughs and fun.
As the Udderbelly Festival has it’s last few weeks of comedy shows, circus and family entertainment inside the famous upside-down purple cow, we wanted to give the you low-down on which shows are worth seeing before the event comes to a close.
Bringing a little bit of Edinburgh Fringe fun to London till the 17th July, get yourselves down there and see these shows:
Frisky and Mannish: CabaRIOT
Felicity Fitz Frisky and Hansel Amadeus Mannish are THE Fringe success story. The comedic duo have spent the last few years going from unknown to international stars. You will wonder how these two masters of musical parody haven’t been signed to a record label yet.
Jason Byrne
Jason Byrne is Propped up is a brand new show from the extremely funny comedian. You might recognise his face from the comedy panel shows you see on the telly, and he’s a great live stand up performer.
Margaret Thatcher Queen of Soho
When we were in Edinburgh last year, this show was getting such rave reviews. The drag comedy musical extravaganza is like no other and although we didn’t manage to see it while we we’re up north, we cant wait to see it down here!
Stephen K Amos
Another familiar face – Stephen K Amos is someone you will recognise if you’re a fan of comedy sketches on telly, so he is someone you know you’ll enjoy. His show is called The Laughter Master so it’s bound to be good fun.
Tickets to Udderbelly performances aren’t expensive, and what better way to discover new talent than in this brilliant and vibrant atmosphere.
