Dropit offers hands-free shopping to London, Regents Street.
Launching this Sunday 19th July – Regent Street is set to become shopping bag-free for the first time in the shopping destination’s history.
Dropit, is a revolutionary drop-off shopping service that even offers same-day delivery from the store to your door! Regent Street is going to be the first hands-free street in the UK with the launch of the Dropit service this Sunday.
The Dropit service, set to change the face of shopping worldwide, enables you to shop without the hassle of heavy shopping bags, so you can see more, try more, buy more – or simply make your journey home lighter! I like the idea of this enabling you to do other activities after shopping that having lots of bags would restrict you doing – for example, the cinema, theatre, restaurant, even just going for a drink becomes unpleasant – and I myself have not bothered to do if I had too much to lug around with me!
The Dropit launch will take place at the Regent Street Summer Streets London event on Sunday 19th July. Visit the DropIt event to be entertained by hot new talent DJ Jade while you true shopaholics out there will be able to capture your shopping joy at the various photo opportunities located in the Dropit zone.

So, how exactly do you Dropit? Here’s how it works..
Shop
Use the Dropit mobile app to see which of your favourite shops offers the service, helping you to plan your shopping route. Buy up big and then leave your shopping either in store or at one of the Dropit points located along Regent Street. Your bags will then be delivered to your home, hotel or office at a time convenient for you.
Drop
Stop by one of the Dropit points or request the service in-store. Then set up your own profile via the app, simply fill in your home or hotel information and purchase Dropit credits so you can save time while enjoying a new bag-free shopping experience. Users can choose to purchase a single drop, a day pass or a three-day pass.
Track
Track your bags using the app or select to receive status updates of your delivery via push notifications and email.
Unpack
Your bags are delivered to your home or hotel on the same-day or the following evening depending on what suits your shopping style
