Styling your hair in the summer is already a struggle with the humidity and if you are preparing your hair to last all day with hold and look good in a hat well that needs some tricks and tips. Our favourite blow dry bar Duck & Dry has partnered with the UK’s British headpiece designer, Vivien Sheriff for some lovely Ascot looks. Here are two of our favourite looks and how to achieve them. Once you’ve got your hair done, you’ve just got to decide what colour lipstick to wear and will it go with an Aperol Spritz for Instagram.
Prep the hair with Blow Dry in a Bottle by spraying from root to tip and combing through hair.
Use a large barrel tong to create soft waves.
Put the hair in ponytail at the nape of the neck.
Knot the ponytail in the looping place onto the head and pin it to where looks most suitable. You can keep this up-do looking soft and natural, showing off the texture because Duck & Dry’s Blow Dry in a Bottle really adds lots of volume and thickens hair without making it sticky or weighing it down.
