Al Fresco Yoga at Yotopia

We can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon than with an hour of energy-boosting yoga, meditation and mindfulness in the calming surrounds of Covent Garden’s St Martin’s Courtyard.
This afternoon, the rather fabulous team at Yotopia are holding an al fresco hour of Sun Salutations (108 to be exact) in support of the global event, Yoga Gives Back, which aims to raise funds and awareness for micro-loans and educational funds for women and children in India.
In the true spirit of saluting the sun, the class will be held outdoors from 2 – 3 pm (or in the event of rain, at the Yotopia studios) and whilst the class is free, Yotopia will gladly welcome any charitable donations.
