The latest venture from the Soho House group, Chicken Shop, serves up. . yes, you guessed it, chicken! But this is no ordinary chicken, free-range birds from Banham’s Farm in Norfolk are marinated overnight in a secret sauce, before being steamed and cooked over charcoal on a special rotisserie. Choose from quartered, halved or whole chickens to eat in or takeaway, and a selection of side dishes such as the triple-cooked chips, corn on the cob or coleslaw.
