THE FASHION WORLD OF JEAN PAUL GAULTIER

The Barbican Art Gallery will host the first international exhibition dedicated to French designer, Jean Paul Gaultier titled “From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk.” The designer started in the 1970’s and is still esteemed today. The exhibit showcases 7 themes with in 140 Haute Couture ensembles. Along with the outfits, there are sketches, films, and runway shows that help to tell the story.
