Vikings: Life and Legend

Beginning March 6 and until June 22, the British Museum will be home to an exhibit called “Vikings: Life and Legend.” It’s the museum’s first collection about Vikings in more than 30 years, and will display artifacts from between the late 8th century and early 11th century.

Visitors will also see a life-size replica of a war ship, recently excavated skeletons from a mass Viking grave in Dorset, all the treasures from The Vale of York Hoard, fantastic jewellery and much more.
