Emilio Pucci’s Creative Director Peter Dundas has been in demand this season. He’s first bridal blockbuster came when Poppy Delevingne asked him to design her wedding dress, which he did with flare. It wasn’t a task one would handle lightly, the fashion ‘It’ girl knows what she’s talking about, and exactly what she wants, he could breathe a sigh of relief though as his creation certainly did not disappoint.
Next up were some even more anticipated nuptials, those of Radio 1 DJ and overall Brit sweetheart Fearne Cotton and her rocker royalty fiance Jesse Wood. Fearne has favoured Pucci designs in the past, so it was fairly inevitable that she would turn to the same fashion house for her fairytale gown.

The silhouette was beautiful and soft, the traditional white lines cascading down to her ankles, and the neckline cut hinting at an off the shoulder design, which was filled in with a mass of silver sequins. That’s the Fearne and Pucci edge we were looking for. Silver strappy heels and unruly waves finished off the look, and the evening must have been a good one, or at least full of some serious dance moves, as Fearne was seen skipping merrily along barefoot during the evening’s celebrations.
