We love anything Matcha flavour & the lovely people at BLOOM sent us a delicious Almond & Matcha festive cookies recipe.
Ingredients
100 grams almond meal
100 grams oat flour
3 tablespoon of maple syrup
1-2 tsp of BLOOM Absolute matcha (depending on how strong you want the taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Pinch of cardamom
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
30 grams goji berries (optional can be substituted with any dry fruit of your choice)
Preparation
1. Blitz everything except the goji berries in the food processor till dough forms a ball.
2. Add goji berries and pulse a few more times.
3. Divide the dough equally and form the cookies.
4. Bake them for 10 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees or dehydrate overnight.
