In the romantic drama created by director Terrance Malick the main character, Ben Affleck, has two loves. One woman is new and the other is old. This film tells of the winding, unwinding, and even rewinding strings of relationships we all experience in life. You see a commitment inspired by a foreign fling broken and the renewal of a childhood interest involving Rachel McAdams. The scene is set in midwest America, Oklahoma, where the likes of Christian Bale, Rachel Weisz, Javier Bardem and Olga Kurylenko come together in their own ways.
