Wellbeing expert Calgary Avansino has our Christmas cravings sorted. Forget the speciality sugar-packed lattes on every corner, opt for this Warming Eggnog Smoothie instead.
Ingredients…
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup water
1 whole apple (unpeeled and cut into pieces)
1 banana (frozen or fresh)
4 ice cubes
2 tsp chia seeds
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 dates (pitted)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
10 pecan halves (optional but adds great flavour)
Just whizz it all together in a blender until smooth!
