Floris perfumery was founded in 1730 in the elegant quarter of London’s St James. The Floris shop they opened at 89 Jermyn Street remains the heart of the brand, and are still there today selling their luxury fragrances.
This February, Floris have introduced their new By Request fragrance, ‘A Rose For…’ which will be exclusively hand-poured at their iconic location on Jermyn Street. What makes this more special is that there will only be 100 bottles and each will also be named by hand.
A Rose For… is inspired by the rose fields in Morocco to create a contemporary and dark scent; wrapping the delicate red roses in warm woody notes of incense, sandalwood, oud and orris. The blend of intense yet fragile rose with notes of spice, marries together two complexities to create a truly exotic scent.
The 100 unique fragrances are available at 89 Jermyn Street and sold exclusively online at FlorisLondon.com by request; £160 for 100ml.
