Sick of your standard tipple? We have a rather delicious cocktail for the weekend, care of Zubrowka vodka. The Full Moon Cocktail is a twist on a classic apple martini.
Ingredients
50ml Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka
¼ Fresh green apple cut into small pieces
10ml Apple liqueur
5-10ml Elderflower cordial
Method
- Muddle the apple pieces with the elderflower cordial in the bottom of a glass to release and combine the flavours.
- Add the Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka, apple liqueur and some ice. Shake well and fine strain into a martini glass.
- Serve immediately with a garnish of sliced apple.
