After all the hype (and success) of the Rihanna for River Island collaboration, the high street brand has returned to our very own hotbed of British design talent for its latest launch with Georgia Hardinge.
The line marks the third collaboration between the young designer whose signature sculptural silhouettes mimic the contour of the female body and whose prints, for spring summer 2013, are inspired by Swiss surrealist painter and sculptor H.R. Giger.
With a distinctly monochromatic palette, the Georgia Hardinge for River Island Design Forum collection features neoprene printed dresses, sleek maxi skirts and matching top as well as a more simplistic white shirt with printed collar.
