On 6th July art enthusiasts all over London will have the opportunity to see Georgia O’Keeffe’s paintings first hand. The female American artist made her debut exactly a century ago in 1916.
O’Keeffe went largely recognised during her lifetime mainly for her paintings of animal skulls, flowers and New Mexico landscapes. The exhibition will feature over 100 of Keeffe’s iconic paintings, and will offer a retrospective like no other.
The iconic artist continues her legacy this summer where collections of her work will be shown off at Tate Modern.
This is a rare chance to see her exclusive work, including the most expensive painting by a female artist ever sold at auction.
