Pop icon Jennifer Lopez has ‘kicked’ off the year with a brand new shoe line after teaming up with Italian luxury shoe designer Guiseppe Zannoti. J-Lo has been in the music industry for decades now, and she’s been on top of her shoe game since the beginning. We’re definitley leaving it to these pro’s to show us what’s in style this spring with the Guiseppe for Jennifer Lopez (#GuiseppexJennifer) shoe and handbag collection.
“I’ve always been inspired by Jennifer and love the way she looks in my shoes – it was a natural evolution to collaborate together, ”says Giuseppe Zanotti. “The collection, like Jennifer, is sensual, sophisticated, modern but also playful with a bit of edge.”
We love anything with a pop of sparkle, and this shoeline might just be the answer to our shoe prayers. The collection ranges from crystal-encrusted open-toe boots, to embellished wedge sneakers, to strappy gladiators in snakeskin-print leather…cue the drooling.

In light of the collaboration news, Vogue did a piece called, “JLo’s Guide To Wearing High Heels.” Lopez shares her secrets such as, “Switching shoes gives your feet a break from the previous shape and pressure points,” and of course, “practice makes perfect.” Her last piece of advice makes total sense, “By wearing heels frequently, you figure out how to distribute your weight and posture so that all the pressure isn’t only on the arches of your feet, which is what usually causes pain.” Et voila.
