First she offers delicious, easy-to-cook recipes for mid-week that are perfect for those on a weight loss plan consisting of Skinny Breakfasts that weigh in at under 300 calories – from the ultimate Avocado on Toast to a speedy high-protein breakfast of berries, oats, seeds and yoghurt. Lunch ideas include an indulgent Smoked Salmon Plate or a high-energy Pancetta, Farro and Bean Soup.
Gizzi then moves onto Weekend Feasts where you can let your hair down, loosen your belt buckle and treat yourself to a friday night feast or sunday lunch.
Many of the meal combinations in the plan leave you with 200 calories to spare so Gizzi also, kindly, provides suggestions for snacks and the occasional pudding!
