Good Vibes have just launched a series of two-hour “self-care” exercise classes you can easily get stuck into on the weekends.

Glow Yoga Foundation for Beginners and Improvers with Nahid de Belgeonne

Learn better techniques to make your yoga practice nourishing.

Breath for Life – Ben Wolff
Sat 10th March 10am – 12pm £30
95% of the body’s energy comes in from the breath. 70% of what the body eliminates goes out through the breath. The class will focus on improving breathing.

How to Cultivate a Meditation Practice – Florentina Lam-Clark
Sat 24th March 10am – 12pm, Fitzrovia £30

Meditation is researched to reduce stress, worry & anxiety and promote better sleep. Take this class to make time to focus on yourself and relax.

Somatics workshop: Better Movement for head, neck and shoulders with Nahid de Belgeonne

This class is for those of us that suffer from “tech neck” or sore neck, tight shoulders and aches from too many hours staring at a screen. The class is said to help improve chronic pains and tightness.
