I’ve used Kérastase products before and absolutely loved how my hair responded. My hair was so soft and smelled lovely. I have curly/wavy hair, and sometimes it’s difficult to find product that isn’t too heavy on the curl. Kérastase is just the one!

My colleague Hannah tried and highly recommends the brand’s newest product: Kérastase Résistance Thérapiste. It’s their first renewal care for highly damaged and over processed hair.
Knowing that every woman’s hair is different, Kérastase has devised two sensorial customised routines. One dedicated to fine hair, the other to thick hair.
For fine hair, it’s advised that the conditioner is used first and then the shampoo. Conditioning first creates an invisible bandage on the hair fibre, protecting it from the cleanse of the shampoo. Also, conditioning first means that hair is not left heavy from the richness of the conditioner as any excess would be washed with the shampoo.
Fine hair routine:
Soin Premier
Bain Therapiste
Serum
Thick hair routine:
Bain Therapiste
Masque Therapiste
Fun fact: the serum has the brand’s highest heat protection of up to 230 degrees.
Results include stronger and smoother feeling hair, and split ends appear to be reduced. Now who doesn’t want that? Visit the Kérastase Website, & click through for a list of salon stockists.
Prices range from £17.50 to £28.50.
